Christine Marsh, CPT, principal of Prime Objectives has been named Executive of the Year representing Performance Improvement in the UK. Inclusion into Cambridge Who's Who is an accomplishment in itself and recognition as an accomplished professional is a rare opportunity.

Ms. Marsh has an impressive background in performance improvement. As principal of Prime Objectives, she is responsible for overseeing performance improvement for her clients on individual, team and organizational levels through customized solutions, and facilitating strategic and transformational change projects. She has extensive experience in the research, design and delivery of performance improvement projects across a broad spectrum of service, sales, retail, information technology, logistics engineering and production companies.

Ms. Marsh gained her commercial experience and expertise in supply chain management in the dynamic and highly competitive retail environment. She has worked with many UK and international organizations as a facilitator, coach and consultant. Prime Objectives offers a range of products and services that address opportunity analysis, coaching, skill building and performance consulting.

Ms. Marsh is a certified performance technologist, a designation awarded by International Society for Performance Improvement to individuals whose work demonstrates their ability to get results by systematically identifying and removing barriers to performance. She is a member of ISPI and was a board member of ISPI Europe from 2001 to 2004. She received a Distinguished Service Award 2005 from International Society for Performance Improvement. Christine has been interviewed on BBC programs, and is writing a book entitled "A Bird's Eye View" based on her vast experiences. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling worldwide and exploring ancient cultures.
