What is E-Marketing?
E-Marketing is the process of collecting email addresses from your customers or potential customers, and reminding them or telling them about your business via email.
We can incorporate capture of email addresses from your web site and through your back-end software and compile these into a database of contacts.
Emails are designed with input from you and are sent out by us on a weekly or monthly basis to your contact list.
These could include links to buy products from your site, or inform them about your latest news, new services or product launches.
The results are accurately monitored and generally are extremely successful. The return on investment from e-marketing can far exceed that of traditional marketing strategies.
Mailing Lists
You can purchase unlimited use email addresses from us. We have databases for local businesses, businesses across the UK, wedding suppliers and brides-to-be.
Prices are £100 per 200 contacts. There are no complicated rental agreements, you buy the list to use as you want, as many times as you want.
Alternatively, we can send an email on your behalf to 4000 businesses in and around Gloucestershire for £350. We will set up a new email address for you for this, however you do not receive the contact list. This is a very cost effective measure at less than 9p per contact.
Contact Management System
Whether or not your web site is hosted with us, we can set up a full e-marketing system for you. This allows you to manage all of your contacts and email campaigns. This system costs £200 to set up including your first email campaign and each email campaign thereafter costs £35. We strongly recommend capturing email addresses from your web site- these can be automatically saved in your Contact Management System.
Our systems are developed to comply with UK legal regulations.
How it works
The Contact Management System home page contains a list of links that let you manage your contacts.
The system can be completely customized to your requirements including integration with your existing systems - just contact TWL Media for any amendments. If you have an existing contact database we can convert and merge it for you.
Add Email
Although most email will be captured automatically from your web site, you can manually add email addresses using this link, eg, if a client has given you their details over the phone or face to face. It is always a good idea to capture clients email addresses as part of the booking process- you coul tell them it will entitle them to special offers.
Remove Email
If a contact does not want to receive emails from you, they can click on an unsubscribe link at the bottom of their email. You can use the Remove link if a contact has directly asked you to unsubscribe them, eg over the phone rather than using the unsubscribe link in their email.
Any invalid or no longer used email addresses will be automatically unsubscribed from your contact list.
View Contacts
Here you can view the email addresses that are currently subscribed in your contact list.
View Campaigns
You can view the email shot campaigns that have been sent out to the non-unsubscribed contacts on your list here. We will set up and run your email shots for you. Once these have been run you can view them using this link. You will be charged £35 for each email shot sent out to your contact list (your first email campaign is included for free). Just contact TWL Media if you would like an email shot set up- we will put together a draft for you to approve then send it out from your email address.
